This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information on this site or any linked third-party tool may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, licensing, benefits, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.
Accuracy Limits
Government offices can change rosters, court calendars, release dates, facility rules, phone numbers, fees, visitation procedures, and public-records processes without notice. Jail rosters may lag behind a booking or release. Washington Courts updates on its own schedule. DOC records may depend on court-filed documents, sentence credits, earned release time, and records review.
Verify custody status, charges, release dates, visit rules, bond information, mailing rules, and money-deposit instructions with the agency that owns the record before taking action.
No Legal Advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice, bail advice, immigration advice, sentencing advice, or a substitute for a licensed attorney. Arrest charges are allegations, jail roster entries are not convictions, and court filings may change after first appearance, arraignment, amendment, plea, dismissal, trial, sentencing, or appeal.
Third-Party Tools
Some pages may include search tools operated by outside providers. Washington Inmate Population does not control those providers' pricing, databases, result accuracy, coverage, cancellation terms, or handling of submitted data.
Outbound Links
Links may point to county jail rosters, city jail pages, DOC resources, Washington Courts, WA VINE, BOP, ICE, county subdomain pages, facility pages, and other public or private resources. Those sites are outside this site's control, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, availability, or security.
No Hosted Records
This site does not host official jail registers, inmate files, booking photos, warrant records, DOC records, BOP records, ICE records, WA VINE notification records, or court records. It points to agencies and locators that may hold those records. Washington's RCW 70.48.100 makes the jail register public but also treats many records of a person confined in jail as confidential, and juvenile records are often more restricted.
DOC records describe DOC custody and supervision. BOP and ICE are federal systems outside Washington state control. County and city jail records come from the jail agency, and complete court records come from the court where the case was filed.
